At Orchid Republic, we want you to love your flowers as much as we do. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Cut Flowers & Fresh Arrangements
We offer courtesy replacements within 24 hours of delivery.
Orchid Plants, Green Plants, Succulents, and Terrariums
We offer a replacement within 5 days for any quality-related issues.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims for fresh flower arrangements must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide a high-resolution photograph of the arrangement to help our quality control team understand the issue.
If you receive a damaged or poor-quality arrangement, we will offer a replacement of the same or equal value at no additional cost to you. Exchanges for non-perishable gift items (vases, tools, accessories) must be initiated within 14 days and remain in original packaging.
To qualify for a replacement:
The entire original arrangement must be returned.
If the issue is freshness, please don't hesitate to reach out to us within 24 hours after delivery along with a photo of the arrangement. We'll be happy to send a courtesy replacement in exchange of the old one.
The product must show signs of an issue (e.g., wilted flowers upon arrival).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the arrangement has been discarded or significantly altered.
REFUNDS
Orchid Republic does not offer refunds for arrangements that have already been designed or delivered. However, we’re happy to provide a one-time courtesy replacement under the timelines mentioned above.
Refunds are only possible if:
The order has not yet been made or processed.
We are committed to making things right whenever possible because your satisfaction matters to us.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Orchid Republic is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If redelivery is required due to an incorrect address, an additional delivery fee will be applied to the order.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Flowers
In arrangements of mixed flowers, the specific variety used will take second precedence to the overall color scheme and value of the bouquet.
Containers
If a specific vase is not available, we will substitute it with a container of similar style, quality, and price.
