What does it mean?
- We will inform you when your flower delivery is on its way.
- Our delivery staff will leave your order at your front door or reception area.
- He will ring your doorbell or call/text to inform you that the delivery has been made.
- Orders requesting flower delivery to hospitals, nursing homes, or senior citizen centres will be carefully evaluated.
- If it’s not possible due to risk or restriction by the institution, our staff will ask you for an alternate delivery address.
You may also leave special instructions when you place your order online or through the phone. However, we ask for your patience and considerations in advance as we are unable to guarantee that all requests can be accommodated due to unexpected situations.
